Gabrielle Rogers Visionary Leader

Gabrielle Rogers is the Founder and CEO of Visionary Vanguard Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to delivering cutting-edge expertise in organizational management, business development, and executive leadership training. Gabrielle launched Visionary Vanguard Solutions to address the growing need for transformative leadership and sustainable strategies that empower organizations to achieve measurable impact. Through her firm, Gabrielle equips
businesses, nonprofits, and executives with tools to enhance operations, cultivate high-performing teams, and drive meaningful change in their communities.

Gabrielle’s proven leadership spans over 13 years across corporate, nonprofit, and civic sectors. Her career is marked by exceptional achievements, including spearheading initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth and operational transformation. As Marketing and Sales Manager for Medieval Times Atlanta, she became the first African American to hold the role, managing a multi-million-dollar budget and generating $500,000 in revenue growth during her first year. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to establish Fifth Generation Consulting, Inc., where she provided innovative marketing and business development strategies that helped over 20 businesses increase revenue by 25%.

Leadership & Business Growth

Gabrielle served as the Ambassador of Student Transformation for the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, where she developed and implemented leadership curricula and strategic partnerships to nurture emerging global leaders. Her expertise in executive leadership training has been instrumental in initiatives such as launching the Junior League of DeKalb County Leadership Academy, where she trained members in governance, program development, and advocacy.

Her passion for public service and community empowerment inspired her to tackle grassroots challenges head-on. From serving as House District Chair for a local county political party, where she represented over 60,000 constituents, to leading programs promoting health, economic empowerment, and education, Gabrielle’s leadership is a testament to her dedication to creating equitable opportunities.

Gabrielle holds a Master of Science in Communications from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Print Journalism from Troy University. At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to helping organizations and individuals realize their potential while creating lasting, positive change. In her personal time, Gabrielle enjoys quality moments with her husband, Jonothan, and her two bonus sons, Jonothan and Joshua.
